MULTI AGRI CUTTER

The aim of the project is to design and fabrication of MULTI

AGRI CUTTER. Cutting is a classification of manufacturing
processes that shape a piece into the desired part through
material removal and material deformation. Now days there are
different types of cutting machines are available in the market.
The cost of the machine is very high. To overcome the above we
had designed a Agri cutting machine. By means of this kind of
machine the agricultural crops can be cut to any position. The
main advantage of this machine is simple in construction. This
machine also gives good surface finish.
 NEED OF THE PROJECT

Multi Agri Cutter is the new innovative and effective concept

mainly used for agricultural field. It is simple in construction

and the working process is very easy. And it is mostly used

in the agricultural field for the cutting of crops, sugarcane,

wooden pieces and etc..,

 WORKING PINCIPLE
It consists of simple manner and the used components are
motor and rotating crank arrangement. Here the motor is
working using with the help of electric power supply; on the
motor shaft we have fixing the arrangement of crank. The
crank converts rotary motion to reciprocative motion. The
cutters are fixed on the ram arrangements. When we
switch ON the machine the motor start to rotate the crank
arrangements.
Here the rotary motion is converted in to the linear motion by using

simple mechanisms. The linear motion ram is connected to the cutters,

so that the cutter moves to and fro direction the cutting process is

carrying out through this machine
