or all of the surface is not in intimate
contact, but covered by soft filling
material such as clay gouge. For
planar surfaces, such as bedding
planes in sedimentary rock, a thin
clay coating will result in a significant

Figure 1 shows a situation in
which the support design is
based upon the largest possible
wedges which can occur in the
roof and walls of the
excavation. These wedges can
sometimes form in rock masses
with very persistent
discontinuity surfaces such as
bedding planes in layered
sedimentary rocks. In many
metamorphic or igneous rocks,
the discontinuity surfaces are
not continuous and the size of
the wedges that can form is
limited by the persistence of
these surfaces.

cuadros y recuperacin de rieles.
El nivel 14A tambin requiere de
reforzamiento de cuadros por la
presin de las cajas ya han
producido estallido de los puntales.
El inclinado principal, falta concluir
el sostenimiento y reforzado de los
cuadros que por el tiempo de
exposicin ya requieren ser
cambiados

a) Se requiere la compra de una maquina SHOTCRETE. (Concreto Lanzado) para el
Sostenimiento en Labores de la rampa, El shotcrete posee ventajas enormes y
permite eliminar el peligro de cada de rocas, lanzando el concreto a control
remoto y a la vez permite la Fortificacin del macizo rocoso.

b) La adquisicin de una bomba de mayor capacidad para el bombeo en la rampa.

c) Se solicita personal obrero para recuperacin de material y rehabilitacin de las

labores del (nivel 10, nivel 11 y nivel 12) que estn crticas por el colapso de los
cuadros de madera de forma urgente.
d) Sealizacin de todas las labores mina las zonas de escape, el cableado, zonas
de bombeo, ventilacin y refugios; En superficie zonas de parqueo, velocidades
mximas y mnimas para la circulacin de los vehculos livianos y pesados.
e) Adecuar un sistema de sirena/ timbrado o semforo para el trnsito en la
rampa torre ya que por el movimiento de la maquinaria pesada es un riesgo
inminente para la ocurrencia de un accidente.
f) La instalacin de un nuevo pulmn en la zona cercana a la ventana 9 para el
mejoramiento del flujo del aire comprimido.
g) El reforzamiento con cuadros de madera en el polvorn principal de explosivos.
h) Mejorar el sistema de ventilacin con la adquisicin de ventiladores de mayor
capacidad (extractor).
