Building Book is a document containing all the graphic and
numeric data on actual quantities of works.
It is used for compiling accounts (making things) between the
investor and the contractor
Building book leads contractor.
 5. Bill of quantities
Cost estimate is the document from which one can see the
indicative price of the facilities.
The basis for production quantities is a measure of bills, and
unit sales price to get performing analyzes price.
Items of expense are:
1. of works (construction, craft and installation)
2. second sub-group of works (eg. In a group of construction
are: clay, concrete and
reinforced concrete, masonry and carpentry work)
