eBIZ Retailer / Representative can buy the Products / Services provided by eBIZ at a discounted price and
sell at a price upto the maximum of MRP and earn the difference as their income.
In addition, each Product / Service offered by eBIZ will have a respective Retail Volume RV as defined
by eBIZ. On the purchase of any number of Products / Services by the eBIZ Retailers / Representatives,
the total amount of RV accumulated are calculated each month. The incentive for the accumulated
RVs at the end of every month would be paid after a period of 30 days (upon expiry of the refund
period). At the end of each month, the referring eBIZ Representatives at 4 sponsorship levels would be
paid retail incentive as per the defined percentage given in table 1. If more than one eBIZ Retailers /
Representatives are referred by an eBIZ Representative then the total RVs arising out of their
respective purchases collectively shall be considered for retail incentive plan. In case of any cancellation /
refund within 30 days of any Product / Service under which RV has been added, the respective RV of
such product / service would be deducted from the total accumulation of such RV.

The incentive paid out by the company in a Week / Fortnight or any other defined period is based on the total sale volume of the eBIZ
Packages (Business Volume matured atleast 30 Days prior to the incentive period would only be considered for the incentive) . This
may bring fluctuation in the defined percentage payout for Steps and Cycles, hence First Orbit Rate, Second Orbit Rate and the
Maximum Earned Incentive by the Representatives for that incentive period may alter.

Every time an eBIZ Representative accumulates 500000 BV in the ratio of 1:2 within the sale organizations by sale of eBIZ
Packages, such eBIZ Representative completes ONE ORBIT. Every completion of an Orbit ( 500000 BV ) shall entitle the eBIZ
Representative to a performance bonus of Rs. 7500. The Maximum limit of performance bonus would be Rs 75000 during an incentive
calculation period as defined by the company. The maximum limit of incentive under the group incentive plan including performance
bonus is limited to Rs. 250000 during per incentive calculation period as defined by the company.

Accumulated BV* in the ratio of 1:2 will only be counted for completion of any Step, Cycle or Orbit.
