Abraham Samad previously been registered as candidates for members ofthe
Regional Representatives Council(DPD)andthe Judicial Commission.However,
all failed until he decided to follow the KPK leader selection.Capim KPK Selection
2011 is not really a new thing for Abraham, because he previously had been
registering twice.On the third time this is Abraham could pass the selection to
the final level (fit and proper test bythe House of Representatives).Abraham

Controversy
On17 February, 2015, the Regional Police South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi
set a Abraham Samad as suspect cases of falsification of documents.Cases of
falsification of documents such as ID cards, passports and Family Card began
sticking on29 January, 2015afterFeriyani Limis reported by a man named
Chairil Chaidar Said at the Criminal Investigation Police Headquarters.
Nevertheless, the public considers this case only the revenge of the Police that
does not inhibit police chief Budi Gunawan.

position of Chairman of the Commission.Besides himself, also dismissed

asks the witness to give false testimony in a dispute over local elections in
the Constitutional Court (MK) in 2010.
