1. H&M OneWMS EWM Implementation:

Leading and Mentoring 16 resources (6 Reportees / 6 Counselees / 4 across teams)
Delivered around 30% of total development objects
Focus Areas : OO ABAP, RF, Nice Labels, PPF, various EWM Enhancements
Challenges: Resource unavailability during peak time; Highly complex business scenarios
