Customer Retention Planning
Cost Outweighs Enjoyment There is nothing worse than an
establishment that is over priced; yet they do not provide
amenities a customer is looking for. To avoid this situation, we
plan on keeping our establishment enjoyable while keeping our
prices near market and competitive value.
Bad Food Service Bad food service is one of my pet peeves.
When employees ignore you, or do not serve in a timely manner,
it looks bad for business. To avoid this situation, we plan on
making sure that we always have enough staff members, which
we hope allows for no customers to be unattended to. We also
plan on training our staff to have this mindset of being prompt
with customers and make them feel welcome.
Customer Retention Planning
Dirty Facility A dirty facility is a sure way that
customers would not come back to our establishment.
We plan on hiring a cleaning staff as well as making
sure our employees clean up throughout their shift to
avoid this situation.
Limited Space This is similar to poor seating. To
avoid limited space, we plan on finding a location that
has plenty of square footage so that we do not pack
our customers inside the establishment. We intend to
keep our customers comfortable while leaving room
for our staff to walk around.
