30 students participated on the survey, they all answered this question. From the
survey it shows that the level of skills in access to technology it is fair, some are good.
Only a small number of students whose skills are poor it might be for a certain reason for
example they might be the first year students.
Students do have access to the internet, they mostly access the internet when they
are at school
Not all students have access to the internet outside of campus, most of them have
access when they are at the campus, only few have access when they are outside.
The reason to that, most have disadvantage backgrounds, so there is no access at
their homes. Another reason is that to those that have access at home, they are just
ignorant when they get home, and decide to do other own things. This also means
that students become encourage at school by seeing others.
Yes socio-economic factor played a role, because not every have access to the
internet when they are outside the campus.
The level of skill in access to the internet/ technology is dominant by fair, it means
that access to technology is not difficult because even if some of the students do not
have it being fancy, fact remains that they can be able to do what is expected out of
them from the internet. This also indicates that very few students do not have access,
but most of them states to be covered in as for as access to technology is concerned.
