Airtel Greetings is simple, fun and a new way of sending

greetings to your loved ones by just dialling Info
Junction 601 from the mobile phone.

The subscriber has the option of selecting a sound clip from

categories of Birthdays and other occasions, Love,
Friendship,General category, Friendly insults.

New categories are added on from time to time such as

Christmas and New Year.

Airtel Greeting

Features:

Greetings can be sent only by AirTel mobile users to any mobile

user whether AirTel subscriber or not. It cannot be sent to a
landline.

Greetings can be recorded upto 30 days in advance, but will be

sent only on the date and time the sender wants it to be sent.

The recipient is sent an SMS at the relevant time informing him

that he/she has received an Airtel greeting.

Retrieval of message:

1) The recipients need to dial a 10 digit number 9892200666 (Mumbai) and

9890200666(Maharashtra)

2) Standard Airtime charges as applicable will be charged to the recipient.

3) After accessing the greeting for the first time, the greeting will be stored only
for 48 hours more, after which the message is deleted. Recipient cannot have
more than 9 messages stored at any point of time.

4) In case of multiple greetings the recipient hears the same on a last in first out
basis. So he will hear the latest greeting received first.

5) In case the recipients phone is switched off, the message will be resent
1st try - after1 hr
2nd try - 6 hrs after 1st try
3rd try 12 hrs after 2nd try

646 are a voice-activated service, which gives users real-time

information on news, stocks, cricket and horoscope.

This service is available to all Airtel customers in the Western

Region.

Dialling just 646 on Airtel and Magic phones, the user can get
the above information easily by interacting with the system.

Besides getting information, the user can also subscribe to Ring

tones / News and Cricket SMS alerts.

When subscribed to alerts: User will get SMS alerts when an

important event happens and they can call back easily and
listen to audio clips associated with the event, directly without
having to go through the main menu.

Dial-a-Song is a service through which subscribers will be able to listen and

dedicate songs to their loved ones, any where in India on their GSM mobile
phones.

The user also has an option to send a personalized message along with the
dedicated song, thus giving them a premium/feel good experience.

The receiver gets the song as an incoming voice call, in which first the
senders personalized message is played, and thus creating a very high recall
value.

Dial-a-Song service will be available for both pre-paid and post-paid

subscribers.

Want to wish your friend 'Happy Birthday' in Hritikhs voice?

Choose from a variety of messages and a variety of voices! You can

record a message in your own voice that will be played before your
dedication. Then enter a 10-digit GSM number to which you want
to dedicate the message.

Simple!!!!!!!!!! And your dedication would be sent in a matter of

seconds! The recipient receives the call from the sender's number.
When he answers the call, he would listen to the sender's voice
message followed by the dedicated message.

switched off, the system automatically retries sending the
dedication two more times at an interval of 1 hour each.

As soon as the recipient listens to the dedication, the sender is

sent an SMS informing him about the same.

The service is available to prepaid and postpaid subscribers.

The recipient receives the call from the sender's number.

When he answers the call, he would listen to the sender's voice

message followed by the dedicated message.

Dial-a-Song is a service through which subscribers will be able to

listen and dedicate songs to their loved ones, any where in India on
their GSM mobile phones.

The user also has an option to send a personalized message

along with the dedicated song, thus giving them a premium/feel

Dial 646 and say Dial-a-Song, one can also dial 64696 MM
number for direct access

A 10-digit GSM mobile number has to be entered. Even if the

dedication is to a GSM of another circle, say Airtel Karnataka, the
number has to be entered as 9845****** and not as
09845****** or any other manner

Dedication can be sent to any GSM network in India

There will be charging implications on roaming

customers to whom the song is dedicated, as they will
pay the roaming charges for listening to the song.

If the recipient of the song is busy, not answering, or

his mobile is switched off or out of coverage area, the
system will automatically retry sending the song two
more times at an interval of 1 hour.
Charges are
As soon as the recipient listens to the song, the Rs. X
sender receives an SMS informing him that the per minute
recipient has heard his dedication.

 Dial-A-Song IVR
Welcome to Music Masti. A whole new way to dedicate songs and
messages to your friends and loved ones. What channel would you like?
Say Top10 or Bollywood or Indipop

If the customer does not say any option then the IVR repeats the
message once. If the customer does not say the option, then the IVR
now says Sorry I did not get that. Let us push some buttons. Press 1 for
Top10, press 2 for Bollywood and press 3 for Indipop

Let us say that customer chooses option of Top10. Various songs are
played, IVR message is played to dedicate the song press 1, to listen to
the next song press 2, to go back to categories press 3

On choosing option of dedicating song, IVR asks if you want to record a

message Wanna record a message for your friend. Say Yes or No.

On saying Yes, IVR prompts customer to record his message after the
beep and press 1 on completion of the recording. Duration on out-dial
greeting not to exceed 2 minutes

IVR then plays back the message and asks the customer if he wants to
send the message by saying Send to friend

Customer is then prompted to enter the 10-digit GSM mobile number to

whom he wants to dedicate the song

IVR repeats the number entered and asks to press * if the customer
wants to change the number. Also, asks if the customer wants to send
the same greeting to another person.

The IVR then confirms that it will be sending the dedication to the
intended person within some time

Hello Tunes allows any Airtel subscriber to Gift

songs (as Ring Back Tone) to any other Airtel user.

The recipient need not be a Hello Tunes subscriber

to accept the Hello Tune Gifted to him.

The customer sending the gift A Party will be

charged for the gift at the time of gifting the ring
back tone, irrespective of whether the recipient
accepts the gift or not.

In the event that the receiver of the Gift I.e. B

Party is not a ring back tone subscriber then A
party while gifting will be informed that the
recipient is not a Hello Tunes subscriber and he
would be gifting the Ring Back Tone as well as one
month subscription
