SCENARIO

You receive a call


from HR of a
certain company.
HR invites you to
go to their facility
for exam and
interview.
What do you do?
DURING THE CALL

If youre interested:
Ask for the exact
location of the
place.
If its provincial, ask
for directions on
how to get there.
Ask for the
documents that you
need to bring.
DURING THE CALL
If youre not interested:
Decline politely.
If you already have
commitments, just
say so.
Do not burn bridges.
BEFORE GOING TO THE INTERVIEW
Prepare all of the items that you are
going to bring. Common items are:
Resum
Photocopy of TOR
Ballpen preferably black
Recent Picture (set of 2x2s and 1x1s)

TIP:
Place your files in
a plastic file case
It will prevent your
documents from
getting crumpled
during travel.
It will be easier for
you to sort your
documents.

Prepare what you are going to wear.

Print out a map or make sure who have
already searched it in the internet.
If you have travel sickness, prepare
your medicine.
SLEEP EARLY.
GOING TO THE INTERVIEW
Wake up earlier.
If you can, answer natures call before
going to the site.
Bring some items that will allow you to
fix yourself at the site.
DONT FORGET THE DOCUMENTS YOU
PREPARED!!!
GOING TO THE INTERVIEW
TIPS:
Bring extra money, just in case.
Bring food and water if you can.
Bring something that will take your
mind off while waiting. Like a book!
Talk to your fellow applicants, youll
never know youll end up working
together.

DURING THE INTERVIEW
Greet the interviewer. Offer your hand
with him or her.
Sit down promptly and sit properly.
Answer the interviewers question
CALMLY. The trick here is to simply tell
the truth.
You can pause for a moment to think
about your answer.
AFTER THE INTERVIEW
Say thank you to the interviewer. Offer
your hand again.
Report back to the HR personnel and
say thank you as well.

Some companies have other exams to
test their applicants:
Presentation Skill Test
HR will provide you materials that you
need to study and a laptop.
You will be required after an hour to
present a PowerPoint Slide explaining the
materials that were given to you.
