Aviation Legislation in the Philippines
November 20, 1931,Philippine Legislature passed
Legislative Act No. 3909, creating the regulations
governing commercial aviation as well as private flying.
Under the said Act, the Secretary of Commerce and
Industry was given the authority of administering and
enforcing the provisions of the said law.
