Introduction
Dear brave applicant, on behalf of MC UAE, I would like to congratulate you for
taking such a brave step and deciding to apply as a CCP of the largest regional
conference. As you may know, this is the second time this conference is happening
and this time its taking place in one of the most promising entities in the region as
well as one of the most sought after touristic destinations in the world. This
conference means a lot to the region, weve shed tears of joy and happiness as well
as lots of sad moments, but what matters is that we went through everything as one
region, now as MEA we are bigger, bolder and brought together like never before.
The previous edition of this conference was a huge success and it is your
responsibility to pick the right team and make the right decisions in order to meet
and exceed the expectations of our delegates. You are not going to apply for a
regular position, you are applying to be in a position of change, leadership and an
opportunity to impact hundreds of people, you will be empowered to take decisions,
create an international network as well as polishing your skills all whilst acquiring
new ones.

Conference Introduction
MEA XLDS is a conference designed for the Middle East and Africa
region to bring & ensure regional alignment and increase
interregional collaboration.
The conference is expected to happen on April 2018 while hosting
350+ international delegates.
Special events will occur allowing the exposure of the delegates and
AIESEC to different audiences throughout the conference
experience.
Our aim is to facilitate this experience for the stakeholders involved
ensuring their satisfaction.
AIESEC in UAE is honoured to be hosting such an event for the first
time in the UAE, looking to excel in it to give to and take from the
region and AIESEC as a whole
Role of CCP
In general the role of the CCP is to create the
conferences big picture through understanding
and harmonizing all processes between the CC and
various internal and external stakeholders, and
align all levels and entities working on the
conference with this purpose, to achieve overall
satisfaction and high reputation for AIESEC in UAE.
The duration of the CCP is from 1st of August until
the delivery of the conference and submission of
the closing report, the role will be a paid role
starting from 15th of Sep AED 500 monthly, for 7
months, to be paid on the 15th of every month.
A % of sales done by the CC will be granted to the
CC post the closing of the conference budget.
Job Description
Representation
Official contact & manager of MEA XLDS 2018.
Official spokesperson for the project to media & external stakeholders.
Strategic management and internal accountability.
Strategic planning for the project along with MC UAE/Project Manager.
Link between the Congress Committee and MC UAE.
Team Management
Designing basic team structure.
Ensuring filling all CC positions.
Selection, training & management of the core CC team.
Selection , training & management of the team leaders and teamsters.
On site coordination of around 30 members of congress committee.
Periodic review of progress.
Constant facilitation of project review mechanisms.
Job Description

Periodic reporting to MC UAE.
Creating and managing organizational formula,
structure & legal procedures.
Creating & managing legal and financial
relationship between AIESEC in UAE & CC
Final responsible for the conference budget.
Post congress war down, audit & project report.
Ensure the accomplishment of the MEA XLDS 2018.

Strong AIESEC background, with experience in or more than one
leadership position.
A high awareness level of internal & external trends shaping AIESEC
globally.
