American Auto Suppliers is the CHICAGO
BASED COMPANY that makes original
equipments specialty parts for FORD, GM and
CHRYSLER.
The company is thinking to counterattack the
Japanese company with their reputation for
quality and dependability to win over
customers in Japan.
The condition that influencing the company is
that if they dont compete, later they have to
retreat for the onslaught of the Japanese
company.
STRATEGIES DESCRIBED
When it comes to the strategies followed by
AMERICAN AUTO SUPPLIERS is nothing but,
just have gathered the primary information
from the local library.
Actors involved are
1. Mr. Warren oats ( employee in AAS)
2. Mrs. Carol oats( Wife of Warren and also
a lawyer)
3.The Japanese executives
and a translator.
GOALS EXPECTED by AAS is that they
want to counter attack the Japanese
