There are four

inevitable facts of life that

each of us has to go through
whether we like it or not

1
Sickness
The first one is
sickness.Wheth
er minor or
serious ones,
everybody is
sure to get sick,
however if its a
serious one,
this may create
financial
problem if we

are not prepared

Ageing
If we are lucky to be blessed with
long life, it becomes inevitable
that we go through the ageing
process. If one ages,income will
diminish or will even stop as we
retire from active work. If we
are not able to save we will have
to depend on our children or the
government for pension or
subsistence. An ordinary retiree
nowadays needs 40,000/month
and thus will double in 20 years
time due to inflation.

3
Death
we are just transients or
passers by on this earth.
The worst that would
happen is if we die early
while our children are not
yet stable and are still
dependent on us. Their
future is placed in jeopardy.
To live is to earn income but
when one dies, income
stops and living the way our
loved ones live becomes
even more difficult.

4
Tax
For as long as we live we will pay
taxes to the government
whether income taxes or Vat
for all the things we consume.
Thats not all ! Upon death our
family is obliged to pay taxes
at a maximum of 20% on all
the assets we shall leave
behind, meaning if a person
has a total estate of 20 million
pesos, in reality, we only own
80% of that which is 16 million
and the family has to pay 4
million to the government in
the form of estate taxes.

inevitable facts of life
would you want me to talk
about?
