Survey existing conditions of the future work site, including
topography, existing buildings and infrastructure, and underground
infrastructure whenever possible (for example, measuring invert
elevations and diameters of sewers at manholes);
Stake out lot corners, stake limit of work and stake location of
construction trailer(clear of all excavation and construction)
Stake out reference points and markers that will guide the
construction of new structures
Verify the location of structures during construction;
Provide horizontal control on multiple floors.
Conduct an As-Built survey: a survey conducted at the end of the
construction project to verify that the work authorized was
completed to the specifications set on plans.
The layout of the building is indeed a thing that
should be taken care of very well, because it
concerns the productivity of the community
residing in the settlement.
the building is indeed a requirement but many do
not care for the environment without looking at
the layout and the surrounding area
and also do not build a building near the River,
because limbahnya will be lost to the river and
will damage the nature.
The objectives of surveying for building construction
are to lay out the proposed structure according to
prepared plans and to mark the controlling points of the
structure in the manner that is most useful to the
construction forces.
The actual layout of the building is usually preceded by
some form of reconnaissance and location survey. The
following procedures are typical of major building
projects:
Performing reconnaissance (aerial, map, and ground).
Selecting site (paper and instrument).
Establishing control (horizontal and vertical).
Taking topography (plane table or transit stadi)
A plot plan is an architecture, engineering, and/or landscape
architecture plan drawingdiagram which shows the buildings,
utility runs, and equipment layout, the position of roads, and other
constructions of an existing or proposed project site at a defined
scale. Plot plans are also known more commonly as site plans. The
plot plan is a 'top-down' orientation.
The specific objects and relations shown are dependent on the
purpose for creating the plot plan, but typically contain: retained and
proposed buildings, landscape elements, above ground features and
obstructions, major infrastructure routes, and critical legal
considerations such as property boundaries, setbacks, and rights of
way.
Specific design disciplines' plot plans can be part of a complex
project's documents, such as grading, landscape, foundation
engineering, and utilities.
