9. Manager of Production
Together with other parts to overcome and anticipate various problems related to production.
Supervise some parts on the level below, such as PPC, Production, Purchase, Warehouse, and
others.
Together with supervisors handling production issues at the factory.
Responsible directly to the director and make reports periodically.
Conduct periodic consultations with the director to achieve alignment of tasks.
Direct each section below to achieve the production target set by the company.
