Raw Materials The raw materials used to form tile consist of

clay minerals ,feldspar and silica.
Milling and Spray Drying

Milling (grinding), the process of grinding grain or
other materials in a mill.
Spray drying is the process of converting a mixture

in its liquid form to a powder.

scanned into the hard disk
as an image in RGB format
separation.

The image will need blurring,

sharpen and touch-up to
recreate the smooth image
and lost details. Images is
adjust to required size for
example 360dpi. From the
corrected RGB image, it will
be converted to CMYK image
for layers or colors
separation.

Color Profiling
The color profiles need to be

changed in order to the match
the color scheme/inks of the
used printing machine model by
going to Edit>Convert to
Profile>(choose the right color
profile accordingly to the
specific profiling of the digital
printing machine were being
install into the color profile
library).

After all the adjustments

(density, contrast,
balancing, color profiling,

rendered with suitable
colors, requested colors,
imagination and combined
again for a color visual
sample output on paper.

colors, save image from the
computer and load the image
into the digital printing
machine, print and fired
according to current
specification of production
line (technical) .
