 Answer the following questions
What is a language?
a system of communication consisting of sounds, words, and grammar

State the purpose of communication.
The purpose of communication is to share our thoughts in a manner the other
person can comprehend.
List the modes of communication.
Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
List few essential items required to understand a communication.
Vocabularies with meaning and grammar
List few consequences of misunderstanding a communication.
Loss of resources (time, money, labor and etc.)
List some possible solutions to eliminate the communication error.
Remember the vocabularies in a language, process the information in line
with the context and practice it with right grammar
 Team activity Build basic shapes
Rules:
Each team is expected to build the given shapes using
the available resources.
Each team will be split into two groups
Information generation group
Model building group
Information generation group will not be given
opportunity to see and speak with the model building
team.
The model building group is expected to produce the
given shape based on the inputs from information
generation group that would exactly match with the
original shape within given time.

 Summary
We humans mostly recollect and understand things in the
form of visuals.
Hence drawings which are in the visual form help engineers
to share their ideas.

engineers to share information related to product design
and manufacturing.
