CHECKING
All of UQ fabric from NKS do the needle checking as
UQ requirement ,below is the recording
2.The reason we analyze
1.Steel plate causes the lower sensitivity of
needle-checking machine

A.We do the steel plate in the inspection

center of bonding factory,but cause the
interspace between the steel plate and
ground,the steel plate will be shaking if
the person is walking,it makes the
machine shaking too then it will raise the
alarm,we found this issue on 10th May.
B.When we found this issue, workers cut
the steel plate as photo make the needle-
checking machine alone,and improve
obviously,we do it on 13th May

C. After operation of B, we found if the forklift

come, the steel plate also will raise the
alarm,then we decide to move a steel plate
which is under the machine as phote,the
time is 18th May

2. Since the bigger knot of fabric,the joint
touch the needle plate to raise the alarm
Normally,the way to contact two
fabric is tieing a knot,but since the
bonding is too thick,the knot is
big,when pass the needle-checking
machine,will raise the alarm

B.To improve this issue,we change to use the injection as the photo,Improve
obviously,but the knot also will be raise the alarm sometime,the time is 5th Jun
3. Our strengthening measures

We buy the another two needle checking

machine,and we have 7 now,and we will
move out the older one to make sure the
second inspection before bonding to do the
needle checking to reduce the probability

roller of combing machine.Factory do the deedle checking as requiremnet and
do the record

Enforcing the inspecting standards to workers。All workers will pass the train before
starting the career and we will also have the professional to give conduction. If we find
the problems during carding, We will cut 1.5 meters before and after where have the
uncommon phenomenon. We will carding two rolls of useless fabric before starting to
product again.

factory products the thick knit fabric. all processes
connect with the needle，needle checking
machine is improving all the time. So. We cannot
promise all the fabric can pass the test, we still
have The condition of the residual 。
