Mobile Hydraulic LUDV
 Load Independent Flow Distribution Valve.
 It’s a closed loop pressure controller
 Control that eliminates oscillations related to load and save energy

Mobile control block LUDV

Hydrostatic Steering and Joystick Control
 Useful to understand physical laws of hydraulics such as pressure difference,
opening of valve and flow
 Used to understand connection b/w control (steering wheel) and steering
velocity.
 Joystick can be programmed using EM Tool Box to control flow in different
Intervals.

Steering unit steering column Articulated steering Electronic 2-axis joystick

Hydrostatic Steering and Joystick Control
 Experiments can be performed so as to understand the impact of sudden
braking and load effect on hydraulic system.
 It can show case four quadrant operation in hydraulics.
Variable Frequency Drive
 Can be used to show case the use of drives so as to enhance the energy
efficiency.
 Useful to show case the applications like pumps, fans and compressors.
Iot Starter Kit
 Combines PLC programming and HLL (IT language) so as to provide
comprehensive solution.
 Uses compact drive technology with universal communication protocol like
SERCOS III.
