in2007.

and employees on 27 December, 2015 on the eve of 83rd
birth anniversary of late Dhirubhai Ambani, founder of
Reliance Industries. On September 5, 2016, Jio
commercially launched its 4Gservices.

Conclusion
 Free calling facility plays an important role in customer satisfaction. If
the customer is satisfied then he/she automatically promotes the
network and services of service provider among the people by word
of mouth.
 In the highly competitive scenario in the telecom sector, Service
quality generates fair competition among the small as well as giant
player of the industry. Hence, disturbance free network system
satisfies the need of the customers.
 Reliance Jio provides comparatively low tariff plans but still it is in the
customer preference because of disturbance free network backed by
state-of-the art customer service setup.
 Reliance Jio offers services with new technology for customer
satisfaction but the consideration should be given on sustainability of
users not only offering a new technology.
 Since Reliance is an older and giant player of the telecom sector and
being the best in terms of customer preference, Reliance Jio is
providing service guarantee.
Limitations
 To collect the data from all the owner of retail outlet
of Shamli in a short span of time was very difficult.
 Major retailers do not feel comfortable to disclose
their sales figure and some retailer’s owner could not
get much time to answer my questions.
 Some of them don’t understand the questionnaires
and simply say “we can’t say anything”.
 As I am a fresher to the market it took little bit time
to generate leads.
 Mobile phone market in Shamli is almost saturated.
 Little co-operations of some person due to
conservative mind
Limitations of Reliance Jio

 Network coverage area of Reliance Jio is not

so strong, that is why, it hardly provides
services to their users.
 LYF Smartphones launched by Reliance works
properly with 4G Sim but its model and
stocks are very limited.
 Reliance Jio offering 4G unlimited data for
every user but on the other hand it only
provide 4GB unlimited 4G data after that
speed reduces to 128kbs.
 LTE Phone users cannot use their Reliance Jio
sim for calling without data pack; they
require data to call to any number.
Suggestions

 Human Resource should be strengthened as per the

market need. i.e. some more sales persons must be
appointed who can touch the retailers on the daily
basis.
 The company must give more emphasis to
distribution part of the Shamli and nearby market.
 Company should give more incentive to the retailer
because the Competitors are offering more.
 Quality of service to the customer and the retailer
should be maintained by the company.
 Company should take quick action against the
connectivity problem, so that customers can enjoy
uninterrupted calling facility.
