 ASHRAE American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
DEVELOPMENT
 The communications system has a Data Center that will be designed
considering the Level II type.
 The data network has a comprehensive technological solution with a platform
on which all special systems (voice, data and video) can converge.
 Use communication cables type F / UTP LSZH because it offers a number of
advantages compared to the UTP cable.
 The equipment can be installed in different work devices, operating terminals
and special systems.
 A clearance of 40% will be considered The system design will be ready to grow
modularly in order to meet the requirements of network services and
connectivity in the various areas.
 The communication is made through the open communication protocols
through the Ethernet network.
 All equipment will be connected to the Telecommunications Grounding
System.
 All cables have a halogen-free cover, retarding the propagation of fire and low
emission of black smoke (LSZH).
STRUCTURED CABLING
 The topology of the fiber optic network will be a star type with redundancy and
will connect the main communication room (to be located in the TER of the
Administrative building) with the rooms for distribution and edge
communication equipment (to be installed in the different buildings) of the
Sports Center)
 The vertical wiring for the connection between the main
and secondary communications nodes will be developed
with 24-wire single-mode optical fiber 1310nm with anti-
rodent cover type OS2.
DETECTION AND FIRE ALARM
 The design of the fire detection and alarm systems must comply with the following
codes, norm and standards:
 RNE Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones – Norma A.010, 130
 CNE Código Nacional de Electricidad
 Código Nacional de Electricidad – Utilización 2006
 Código Nacional de Electricidad – Utilización 2008 (Modificación del 2006)
 Código Nacional de Electricidad – Suministro 2011
 ISO International Standards Organization
 ISO/IEC 80000 – Sistema Internacional de Magnitudes
 IEC International Electrotechnical Commission
 IEC 60364 – Electrical Installations for Buildings
 NFPA National Fire Protection Association
 NFPA 70 National Electrical Code
 NFPA 72 : National Fire Alarm Code – Edition 2010
 NFPA 101 : Life Safety Code – Edition 2009
 NFPA 2001 Estándar para sistemas de extinción de incendios de agente limpio.
 NFPA 204: Guide for Smoke and Heat Venting – Edición 1998
 NEC - National Electrical Code
 ASIS International Protection of Assets Manual.
DEVELOPMENT
 The National Sports Village will have a network of fire detection panels
interconnected through fiber optics independent of the optical fiber of
the Gigabit network and will have a main panel that will be located in
the Security Control Center located in the Administrative
building, considering that this environment will be busy 24/7.
This panel will receive signals from the different panels of the network.
 The secondary panels of detection of the network, will be distributed
in all the different new buildings of the Sports complex and will
communicate by IP using the 10Gbps network that will be
implemented.
 The detection and alarm system will be interconnected with the fire
protection water system, so that the activation of the flow detectors of
the sprinkler systems, the closing of the sectorization valves and the
operation of the fire pump will be monitored.
ELECTRONIC SECURITY
 The design of the electronic security systems must comply with the following codes,
norm and standards:
 RNE Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones – Norma A.010, 130
 CNE Código Nacional de Electricidad
 Código Nacional de Electricidad – Utilización 2006
 Código Nacional de Electricidad – Utilización 2008 (Modificación del 2006)
 Código Nacional de Electricidad – Suministro 2011
 ISO International Standards Organization
 ISO/IEC 80000 – Sistema Internacional de Magnitudes
 IEC International Electrotechnical Commission
 IEC 60364 – Electrical Installations for Buildings

 NEC National Electrical Code
 ASHRAE American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
 ASIS International Protection of Assets Manual
DEVELOPMENT
 Generalidad del Sistema de Seguridad Electrónica
 The National Sports Village will have an electronic
security system that is composed of a series of
controllers, proximity readers and biometrics, magnetic
contacts, motion detectors, anicke detectors, assault
buttons and vehicular gates, which should be monitored
at Through an intrusion panel that reports to the access
control system and is interconnected with the CCTV
system.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(BMS)
 The design of the automation systems (BMS) must comply with the following codes,
norm and standards:
 RNE Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones – Norma A.010, 130
 CNE Código Nacional de Electricidad
 Código Nacional de Electricidad – Utilización 2006

DEVELOPMENT
 An automation system will be installed through local or
field controllers that will communicate to a network
controller located in the security room located in the
administrative building. These field controllers, in turn,
receive the signal from the various sensors installed, as well
as send a signal for the control of various equipment.
 The controllers communicate with the main controller
(security room) using the gigabit network that will be
implemented.
