WEEK 1
Ice Breaking
Procedure:
1. Division of groups.
2. Students write details of themselves in a form.
3. Students exchange their details form with their group
members.
4. Students memorise the details of their friends.
5. Within their group, theyy will take turn to talk about
the details they have memorised to other members.
6. Students paste all the forms onto their log book and
decorate them.

2. Coloured papers

WEEK 2
Logo and Motto
Procedure:
1. Students work in their groups.
2. Students brainstorm and discuss about the logo and
motto of their group.
3. Students create the group logo and motto.
4. Students present their work.
5. Draw the same logo and motto in their log book.

WEEK 3
1 Song 1 Sound
Procedure:
1. Students work in their groups.
2. Students brainstorm and discuss about the lyrics and
the rhythm of their song.
3. Students present their song to other groups.

WEEK 4
Scavenger Hunt
Procedure:
1. Students work in groups
2. Students need to find and complete the task given
3. The first group to complete with all the correct
answers is the winner.

WEEK 5
Word Search

Procedure:
1. Teacher distributes the word search worksheet
2. Students do the word search.
3. Students find the meaning of the words.
4. Students write on sentence for each word..

4. Coloured pencils
WEEK 6
Kindness Challenge

Procedure:
1. Students work individually.
2. Teacher provides task of doing kindness.
3. Teacher provides checked-card to all students.
4. Students complete the challenge and ask person in
charge or people around to sign checked-card as a
prove it was done.
5. Each good deeds done will receive a sticker.

WEEK 7
Boogle

Procedure:
1. Students works in group.
2. Race the Boggle Stations and form as many words as
possible within a specific time.
3. The group with the most correct answers wins the
race.

WEEK 8
Teacher’s Day Award

Procedure:
1. Students work in group.
2. Write down a list of adjectives. (example: hardworking,
funny)
3. Use the adjectives to create award titles. (example:The
most hardworking teacher)
4. Nominate teachers for each category. Include all the
teachers. Present award on Teacher’s Day Celebration
in the school.

WEEK 9
Button Badge Design Competition

Procedure:
1. Students receive a button badge each.
2. Students design a button badge for English Language
Society.
3. Submit the design.
4. Teachers select the winner.
5. The winner will receive a free button badge.

3. Markers
4. Clear Spray
WEEK 10
Part of Speech Booklet

Procedure:
1. Students work in groups
2. Teacher distributes the booklet templates for each
group.
3. Students find the suitable words or pictures in the old
newspaper / magazines. Cut and paste them in the
booklet.
4. Students decorate their booklet.

1. Old newspapers
2. Magazines
3. Stationery
4. Coloured papers
5. Stickers
WEEK 11
Sing and Draw
Procedure:
1. Teachers play a song.
2. Students listen to the song.
3. Each student get one line from the song and
illustrates the line or its meaning.
4. Compile into a song picture slideshow

2. Lyrics
3. Papers
4. Coloured pencils
WEEK 12
Spelling Bee
Procedure:
1. Teacher prepares words in a jar / box.
2. Teacher takes one word and read the word.
3. Students spell and write the word in the table
provided to them.
4. Teacher gives the correct spelling.
5. Repeat step 2 and 4.
6. Each correct spelling will be awarded with 10 marks.

WEEK 13
English Hunt

Procedure:
1. Students work in their groups.
2. Students walk around the school compound, search
and write down the required items stated in the
table.

WEEK 14
Pronounce It Right

Procedure:
1. Teacher writes a word
2. Students discuss in their group and one representative
pronounces the word.
3. Marks will be given based on the correct
pronunciations produced by the students.

Materials:
1. Words list
WEEK 15
M&M Game

Procedure:
1. Students take turn to grab M&M choc from the
packet.
2. Students are not allowed to peep while taking the
chocolate.
3. Students talk about things based on the colour they
get.
4. They are able to eat the chocolate once they are done.

1. M&M chocolates
2. Log Book
3. Paper
4. Stationery
WEEK 16
Telephone Game

Procedure:
1. Students sit in a circle with their group members.
2. Teacher whispers one sentence to the first person.
3. The first person will whisper the sentence that he / she
heard form the teacher to the second person and it
will continue until the last person sitting in the circle.
4. The last person will say it out loud the sentence.
5. Mark will be given based on the accuracy of the
sentence said by the last person.

Interactive Notes

Procedure:
1. Students works in groups.
2. Teacher distributes the interactive note templates.
3. Teacher assigns topics.
4. Students write down the point in the interactive note.

WEEK 18
Charade

Procedure:
1. Teacher prepares words in a jar / box.
2. Each group will take turn to send representative
infront of the class and take a word from the jar /
box.
3. The representative will do the actions and others will
guess the words.
4. Group with the correct answer will be give 10 marks.

WEEK 19
Master Chef Challenge

Procedure:
1. Students work in groups.
2. Follow the teacher’s instruction.
3. Write a guide on how to make egg sandwich.
4. Use the sequence connectors.

3. Pepper
4. Salt
5. Mayonnaise
6. Tomatoes
7. Salad
8. Cutlery
9. Plate to serve
WEEK 20
English Club Party

Procedure:
1. Students work in groups.
2. Decorate their group with their theme party.
3. Students bring food.
4. During the party, take turn to tell club members “ I like
English Club because…..’
