i. PRE-LESSON : 1. Brainstorm: Pupils respond to the teacher’s question on
what are the items/goods that they can buy online

ii. LESSON : 1. Pupils listen and watch slides of the items discussed
DEVELOPMENT earlier, and then write the pictures’ numbers next to the
words describing them.
2. Pupils discuss the table/dialogue they are supposed to fill
in with information related to online shopping.
3. Pupils listen to a short conversation between a customer
and an online shop worker and complete the table/dialogue.
4. In pairs, pupils check each other’s answers during the
discussion
iii. POST-LESSON : 1. In groups, pupils tell their group members what are the
two items they want to buy online.
2. A member from each group is chosen randomly to tell the
class what are the items their group members would like to
buy online.

1) A short video on ‘ Methods of E shopping’ will be shown to the pupils.
(Commercial).
2) Pupils watch the video and brainstorm ideas in groups to give opinion
on the ‘Methods of E-shopping’ based on their prior knowledge. ( Café)

Lesson Development:

Gist:
1) The pupils will read a short article given on ‘Methods of E-Shopping’.
2) A bundle of method strips will be given to each group. The pupils
rearrange the given strips of method by referring back to the article.
(Jigsaw Reading).

Detailed:
1) Pupils answer 10 simple True/False question based on the article.

Post Lesson:

1) Pupils are required to exchange their end product of their task with
their pair for peer checking.

exercise) Note: Each group will be given an online shop
website that sells different goods.

iii. POST-LESSON : 1. In groups, the students do Gallery Walk to get some


ideas of what is the information offered by different kinds
of online shop websites.
