Why need:
 To offer best price to our costumer
 To bridge the gap of constant global price pressure
against the increasing making cost.

Out Come:
 As SMV will help to do an in-depth of the total
operation include in the product it will help work out
best C&M price to offer customer
SMV will help maximize the usage of man & machine witch
ultimate help reduce cost & increase profit.

Current Situation:
 Started but still no standardization.

Why need:
 For Scientifically measure each & every process.
 According to company resources Man & Machine decide.

Out Come:
 Can identify each & every processes.
 Can identify skill requirements.
 Identify machine & attachments requirements.
 Identify critical & Special process.

 Identify company capacity.
