INTRODUCTION
Success of the sports lies on hard physical exercise and on
brilliant technique?
Also, Genetics, teamwork, tactical preparation, form of the
day and mental strength?

To achieve high level in sports some of the important

factors like motivation, selective attention, goal setting,
working memory and decision making are essential and
contribute to our performance in various ways.
MOTOR CORTEX

Motor cortex of the brain, control

muscles by sending electrical signals from
its neurons to targeted groups of muscle
fibers, triggering them to contract. By
merging these muscle contractions, brain
causes body to move.
NEUROPRIMMING

Progression of using electrical stimulus to

increase plasticity in the brain preceding to
training.
• input required for neurons to fire
• helps neurons fire together
• strengthen of connections in the brain

When paired with quality training, this results in increased

strength, explosiveness, endurance, and muscle memory.
PLASTICITY

(FINE TUNE ITSELF)

When our body moves, there are tens of
thousands of neurons sending electrical
signals.
(Carom board & marathon) brain refine
the muscles to make the movements
required as a result of experience.
Brain can strengthen existing connections
between neurons and even form new
functional pathways.
NEUROSTIMULATION DEVICE

• Brain – Zapping headset

• Electric impulses -1.4 to 2.2 milliamps to
a targeted region (Motor cortex)
• To excite the neurons, effectively
“priming” them to fire and create new
neural pathways.
• This means that the brain temporarily
becomes better at hard-coding what
you are doing.
• It plays a major role in accelerating
gains in strength, endurance, and skill.
SKILLS

• Motor skills rely on the brain to send

signals to the correct muscles and parts
of muscles in the right order. Through
plasticity, your brain is able to ensure
that your neurons are working together
for a precise result, like playing
ENDURANCE

• It relies on the motor cortex to repeat an

action for an extended period of time.
• muscles consume energy when we take a
step, swim a stroke, or pedal a bike.
• Via plasticity,
• 1.Training leads to more efficient
movements,
• 2.Reducing the energy cost of each action
• 3.Allowing endure for a longer period of
time.
STRENGTH

• It relies on the motor cortex to ensure

that your muscle fibers are contracting
together.
• Powerful output requires the
coordination of the many thousands of
neurons(synergist muscles).
• With plasticity,
• 1.The brain learns to contract more
useful muscle fibers and relax opposing
fibers, allowing to lift more.
CONCLUSION

• Neuropriming helps athletes to achieve peak performance, recover faster from injury,
and regain motor function after suffering from neuromuscular disorders.
• Basically, the athletes brain has a higher level of plasticity, it will not only retain the
information quicker with less repetitions, but also engage more fibers per unit of
contractions, which results in greater force production and power output.
• As a result of training during with the brain in a temporary state of hyperplasticity, each rep
is more valuable.
• As a result, athletes experience significantly more and faster improvement in power output
and force propulsion.
