ABSTRACT

•Smart application has become more and more popular in recent years. It aims at
helping people manage the various devices freely and build an autonomous
environment.
•This project introduces a wireless solution based on Internet protocol to manage
the industrial units easily. Based on this approach, we design a smart industry
system with the implementation of related software and hardware
•With the development of internet, the concept of IOT has become more and
more popular. Devices are connected to the internet and stretch their reach. Since
devices can become smart, the industry or the work area can be a smart area with
easy automation monitoring
OBJECTIVE

 Load can be on/off using internet enable smart phone or a

computer in order to reduce the wastage of flow of current

 To reduce the maintenance cost and to optimise critical

monitoring system

 To provide necessity data

Of load at any particular
time and date
Existing system

 RF based system
-short distance communication

Wired technology
-difficult to monitoring and long
constructing time

GSM based
-less accurate
PROPOSED SYSTEM

We propound IOT(internet of things) based industrial

automation
Real-time monitoring and control of processes by using wifi
technology
Deploying smart machines, smart sensors, and smart controllers
with proprietary communication and internet technologies
Maximize safety, security and reliability through high precision
automation and control

INPUT DESIGN

Input Design considered the following things:

What data should be given as input?

 How the data should be arranged or coded?
 The dialog to guide the operating personnel in
providing input.
Methods for preparing input validations and steps
to follow when error occur.
OUTPUT DESIGN

A quality output is one, which meets the requirements of the end user and
presents the information clearly. In any system results of processing are
communicated to the users and to other system through outputs

1. Designing computer output should proceed in an organized, well thought

out manner
The output form of an information system should accomplish one or more of
the following objectives.
Convey information about past activities, current status or projections of the
future
Signal important events, opportunities, problems, or warnings.
Trigger an action.
Confirm an action.

as IOT Gecko is used to out by wifi module. The signal from the

interference
ADVANTAGES

Plant Safety and Security

Quality control

Easy to monitor and control things as a whole rather

than interference with individual of the them

Wide range of application

APPLICATIONS

Machine control

Predictive maintenance

Real time processing and analytic

Real time monitoring

CONCLUSION

Nowadays we need everything computerized. Earlier we can only monitor

the situations with the help of cameras. In industries to reduce manual
overhead we have implemented Internet of Things (IoT) in Industry to
monitor as well as to inform the responsible person to take appropriate
measures

This system try to minimize the energy waste by providing sufficient

information to the owner or top level hierarchy persons via remotely and can
be made appropriate decision.
