Description
The counters measure the number of successful inter-eNodeB intra-frequency outgoing handovers, .In an inter-eNodeB handover, the source
cell and target cell are controlled by different eNodeBs. Such a handover is performed between different eNodeBs over the S1 or X2 interface.
If the source cell and target cell work on the same frequency in the same duplex mode, the handover is an intra-frequency handover.
The signaling flows involved in the counter(s) comply with sections 10.1.2 and 19.2.2.5 in 3GPP TS 36.300 V10.6.0, section 5.3.7 in 3GPP TS
36.331 V10.4.0, and section 8.3.3 in 3GPP TS 36.413 V10.4.0.
