fragments, generally purified by steam that
contains the substances which are
responsable of the flavour of the plants which
are important in the cosmetics
industry(perfumes and flavourings) and
pharmaceutical( flavourings).

• Produce and commercialize essential oil of lemon


and dehydrated skin in the domestic market of the
country.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

• Produce lemon essential oil for the efficient


satisfaction of the country's market.
• Train administrative and operational staff to
achieve levels of excellence in the operation of
the plant.
• Generate greater sources of income for lemon
producers in the region.

DEHYDRATED CASCARA:

• This product is obtained from the


dehydration of the citrus peel Limón
Persa that comes from the washing of
ripe, healthy, and fresh fruits.
• The raw shell is crushed, for its
pressing and removal of water.

special drying treatment in a rotary
dryer to preserve its nutritional
characteristics.
