The crime statistics of the Malita Police

minimal crime incidents in the past 3 years.
With respect to the Brgy. New Argao, it has no
crime incident recorded for the year 2018
depicting the evident peace and order of the
area. It was however discovered that the said
barangay was not spared from the extent of
illegal drugs as there are a number of noted
drug personalities in the area. Also noted that
the most common reports in the barangay are
problems relating to domestic violence.
Proposed Intervention
1. Lecture on Alternative Livelihood
Tehnique
To address the issue on poverty, we
intend to offer them the knowledge for an
alternative source of income. They may
engage in the livestock raising as another
source of livelihood using a more
economical way of producing livestock
products with the lesser input of their
capital.
2. Lecture on RA 9165 and PNP
Anti-illegal Drugs Campaign
By educating them with the PNP’s
campaign on illegal drugs as well as the
details of the law prohibiting it, the illegal
drug problem in the area will be diminished
or if not will be minimized. Most illegal
drugs user are jus victims of misinformation
and lack of knowledge of the law.
3. Lecture on VAWC Law and Q&A
on Legal Matters
As the basic unit of the community,
the strengthening of the family is likewise a
very important function of the government,
to this end educating the family on the laws
regulating its relationship as well as the
rights protecting the weaker one, the
women and children should therefore needs
to be disseminated with clarity. Other legal
questions will likewise be given due
answers.
4. Giving of Gifts and Feeding
Program to Elementary Pupil
There is no better way to end a
community immersion activity that to give a
simple token of gratitude not directly to the
residents but to their children. A simple and
cheap act of service which will express the
PNP’s goal of rendering service to the
people, especially to those who are in need.
