Job satisfaction
Job satisfaction is related with how an employee
views his work. Job satisfaction is about life
satisfaction.
However more comprehensive approach requires
that many factors Such as employee’s age, health,
desire, social status, activity in the organizations etc.
contributes ultimately to job satisfaction.
In this modern world loyal and strong workforce has
become wealth for firm so the requirement for job
satisfaction has arise.
Asian tiles

With starting a quest for excellence a decade ago,


today Asian tiles has blazed a trail in the tiles
industry. With humble beginning in the field of floor
tiles, today it has expanded till the horizon, covering
almost each of the aspects of the ceramic industry.
Asian Tiles possesses the strength of over 4000
business associates spread across the nation. Asian is
all set to reach the goal of supplying world class
products.

Methodology

To cover all the levels of the organization in the


survey sampling method was used. Random
selection of employees was done from respective
departments. Total 10 employees sample was
surveyed.
Each employee was asked to respond to the
questions in areas like pay, promotion, supervision,
benefits, contingent rewards, work environment,
nature of work, communication.

The benefits and perks provided to managerial staff
should increase.
Middle level employees who are strongly dissatisfied
with their pay and promotion must decide whether these
frustrations outweigh the satisfying aspects of their jobs.
At lower level also supervision should be made
satisfactory.
Working environment at middle level should be made
friendlier to make healthy work group.
All employees, regardless of type or level within the
organization, need to feel that others appreciate their
efforts.
