FINDINGS
 Money was not seen as the biggest motivator when
Generation Z looks for a job. But Surprisingly Money was
the biggest factors Gen Z thought which may encourage
them to stick to their Jobs in long run.

 They want highly fulfilling jobs, which can be bit stressful

but should initiate a joy of success in them.

 They still thought that world is a better place to live but it

could be made better by them.

 Most of them are born entrepreneurs
