click on “Search” button. A pop-up window will appear as shown

From the pop-up window please note the generated “Person-ID”
number and click “OK” button of the pop-up (encircled below)

Now enter the “Person ID” in the “Person ID box” and Click on
"Continue“ button as shown below.

After clicking “continue” button in last step, the screen below will
appear. Fill in the details as per the instructions to complete
the registration and click “Submit Registration".

On successful registration the “Registration Confirmation” screen as

In order make online payments, now click “Sign In” for Loging in.
