_ Banks have an important role in a country to
achieving its economic goal . Banks affects
whole monetary system . Its also well known
that every organization dependence on its
human resource . So employee satisfaction is
very important to grow banks also .

_ A satisfied , happy & hard working employee
is the biggest assets of organization .
_ Higher job satisfaction in private sector banks
not only affects the performance of but also
growth of entire economy .
Scope of study :-
_ There are many private sector banks in India
but this study is limited to Warangal distt. In
A.P.
_ Three private banks were selected : ICICI ,
HDFC & SIB .

also affects the entire economy of country .

H1 :- employees are not satisfied with their job in
private sector banks (ICICI , HDFC , SIB)
In statement :- employees of private sector
banks are highly satisfied with their job .

It is based on the objectives formulated during the
initial stage of the research. It includes all details
regarding the research such as where the information
should be obtained from, the time and budget
allocated etc.

bank͛s employees in Warangal .
_ Sampling frame ʹ we took ICICI , HDFC & SIB
three banks͛ employees .
_ Sample unit ʹ each & every employee of these
three banks .

My total population size is 50,000.

And my sample population is 50.

We use survey method for conducting the


research.
Time allocation
The total time taken/allocated to conduct the
research and coming to the outcome.

The total budget that is allocated to conduct the
research. Budget is required to meet the expenses
etc in conduction the survey etc.

Mathematical and Statistical Method
We are taken sample size as 50,

so it is large sample

For this purpose we calculate the research problem


Appling chi square test , t-test & one way anova .

The value of ͞r͟ is nearly equals to 0.

So there is no any relation between the age and


the income of the employee.

_ Summary ʹ we took three private bank for
study ICICI , HDFC & SIB . Sample size of our
research is 50 . For selecting sample we used
one of the non random sampling method
convenience sampling & for evaluating data
we used chi square , t ʹ test & anova

_ Limitations of study ʹ study heavily depends
on the response given by respondents to
questionnaire.
_ The employees of private sector bank were
very hesitant to cooperate they thought that
result might be communicated to senior
officers .

The |esults - indicates that layoff threats
_ quick turnover
_ less welfare schemes and
_ less scope for vertical growth increase job
dissatisfaction.

_ Suggestions - secure job environment , welfare
policies and job stability increase the degree
of job satisfaction.
Conclusion :-
_ Employee working in private sector banks are
mostly satisfied with their salary , nature of
work & other allowances but they were
complaining about long working hours
