Accounting and Financial Close - Parallel Ledger 1GA TECHNICAL This scope item provides additional scope for Accounting and Financial Close (J58). It provides ledger-specific
UPGRADE operation postings and ledger-specific period-end closing steps.
Accounts Payable J60 CHANGED This scope item describes managing your open payables invoices that are automatically created from purchasing
processes.
New 1802:
• New process that describes a segregation of duty between Accounts Payable Accountants for entering a new
invoice. Based on the business role catalog assignment you can define one Accounts Payable Accountant
who is only allowed to park an invoice and another Accounts Payable Accountant who is allowed to park and
post an invoice.
• New SAP Fiori App My Free Form Payments that allows the Accounts Payable Accountant to review the
status of already created free form payments as well as creating a new free form payment from scratch
Accounts Receivable J59 CHANGED This scope item enables you to manage your open receivables invoices that are automatically created from sales
processes.
New 1802:
• New SSCUI app Advanced Configuration for Correspondence containing three new SSCUIs in
correspondence, which allow customers to fine tune the available correspondence types. With the help of
these SSCUIs, customers can decide what is included in the correspondence (for example, cleared items in
the Account Statement).
Asset Accounting J62 TECHNICAL Asset accounting is a subsidiary ledger of the general ledger and is used to manage and document fixed asset
UPGRADE transactions in detail.
Asset Accounting - Parallel Ledger 1GB TECHNICAL This process is an additional scope item to Asset Accounting (J62). It provides ledger-specific transactions and
UPGRADE reports.

Asset Under Construction BFH CHANGED This process describes the necessary steps that must be performed to acquire assets for constructed assets,
starting with the acquisition of an asset and its monitoring until construction is finished. This can take place within
a single period or over more than one period.

• Create Legacy AuC Assets
Asset Under Construction - Parallel Ledger 1GF TECHNICAL This process is an additional scope item to Asset Accounting (BFH). It provides ledger-specific transactions. This
UPGRADE scope item describes the necessary steps to acquire assets for constructed assets in parallel ledger.
