Social Entrepreneurs vs Government

Social Entrepreneurs Government

Bottom to up Top to bottom
Limited resources Abundant control of resources
Inductive and outward-looking: Begin with policy battles and ending with
moves from observation and programs planned and implemented
experimentation to through agencies or contracted
institutionalization
Flexibility to work on ideas unless Don’t have time to experiments. Feedback
find the sponsors from the press reports , elections results

To address problems at the necessary scale, we need to interweave the creativity,

agility, and operational excellence found in the field of social entrepreneurship
with the resources and legitimacy of governments.
