Multiple Calling List
Various call lists as per different category appears here. You can select and choose different list from the drop
down menu. This Systematic Client Calling Approach will help you in increasing client activation ratio

All the blue text numbers are clickable links. It will further take you
detail of client all scrip wise

1. Priority Calls - Default


By default Priority calls appears which will help you to prioritize your day. Based on this list you will connect with
the clients in the same order. It will also show you what category the client call is falling in eg. Critical Risk,
Welcome call due, etc.. And all the details, will appear on the right panel as shown above.

Top 7 Clients :
Priority 01: Call Back (Reminder) Clients: As per the Reminder Time
Priority 02: Risk Category Clients
Priority 03: Client Birthday
Priority 04: Open Position Clients
Priority 05: Last 7 Days brokerage
Priority 06: Top Traders
Priority 07: BTST Clients
Priority 08: New Category Clients with >=1 Lac Margin
Priority 09: Scrip Gain (>8% Return for Trader or Hybrid)
Priority 10: New Category Clients with 50K to 1 Lac Margin
Priority 11: New Category Clients with 25Kto 1 Lac Margin
Bottom 2 Client (Client 8 & 9): Priority 12: New Category Clients with <25K Margin
Welcome Call Clients (New Clients Mapped) Priority 13: Not traded in 30-90 days
Priority 14: Not traded in 90-180 days
Priority 15: Not Traded >180 days
Priority 16: Scrip Gain – Trader 3%, Hybrid 8%, Investor 15%
Priority 17: Advisory Calls (Hybrid/Trader as per AUM)

Comm > Enter comm type > The
client will be off from priority calling
list and another client will be added

Reminder
In case you have set a reminder, the client will appear 5 min
prior to the set time in this list again.

Multiple Calling List

2. Scrip Wise Search


You can search your client & call categories
based on Scrip. Once you select Scrip wise
search from the drop down menu, you will need
to enter the scrip name in pop up menu for
which you desire to see your client list.

Enter Client Code to Call –


you can add a party code in this field and press the call button - Details of that client will be opened and you will
be asked if you want to “add this client in the list for future call” or “do you want to place the call” This will get
added to the call list.

3. Quarterly Payout
You can search your client details based on Quarterly Payout. Once you click the call button, client details opens
on your right panel with further details as above
