 Peraturan 1 Lapangan

Dua tanda tambahan, masing-masing 5 m dari sisi kiri

dan kanan titik penalti kedua, harus dibuat di lapangan
untuk mengindikasi jarak minimal untuk diberlakukan
ketika sebuah tendangan diambil dari titik penalti
kedua.

Lebar tanda itu adalah 6 cm 8cm

Untuk pertandingan Nasional ukuran lapangan:
Panjang (garis samping): minimum 25 m
maksimum 42 m
Lebar (garis gawang): minimum 15 m 16 m
maksimum 25 m

Untuk pertandingan Internasional ukuran lapangan :

Panjang (garis samping): minimum 38 m
maksimum 42 m
Lebar (garis gawang) : minimum 18 m 20 m
maksimum 25 m
Daerah Teknik dan Bench
 Peraturan 2 Bola

Bola adalah:
• memiliki tekanan sama dengan
0.4～0.6（400～600ℊ／㎠）

0.6～0.9（600～900ℊ／㎠）
pada permukaan laut

• bola tidak boleh memantul kurang dari 50 cm

dan tidak boleh lebih dari 65 cm ketika dijatuhkan
dari ketinggian 2 meter

➢ Pada awal permainan, setiap tim harus bermain

dengan lima pemain

➢ Sebuah pertandingan tidak dapat dimulai jika salah satu tim

kurang dari tiga pemain.

Pertandingan tidak dilaksanakan jika salah satu tim jumlahnya kurang

dari 3 pemain di dalam lapangan.

➢ Official competitions
Pemain pengganti maksimal sampai sembilan. Dan dapat
digunakan dalam setiap pertandingan yang dimainkan dalam
kompetisi resmi yang diselenggarakan di bawah naungan FIFA,
konfederasi atau asosiasi. Aturan kompetisi harus menyatakan
berapa banyak pemain pengganti yang mungkin didaftarkan,
sampai maksimal sembilan pemain.

Jumlah pergantian pemain selama pertandingan tidak terbatas.

➢ Pertandingan lain
Di pertandingan yang dilakukan Negara “A”, pergantian
pemain yang diijinkan sebanyak-banyaknya 10 pemain.

Dalam semua pertandingan, jumlah tambahan pemain

pengganti dapat dilakukan, asalkan:

• Tim-tim yang bersangkutan mencapai kesepakatan

mengenai jumlah maksimal penggantian pemain.
• Wasit telah diberitahukan sebelum pertandingan
dimulai

Jika (kepada) wasit tidak diberitahukan atau tidak ada

kesepakatan lain tercapai sebelum pertandingan dimulai,
penggantian pemain yang diijinkan tidak boleh lebih dari
sepuluh orang pemain.

➢ Semua pertandingan
Dalam semua pertandingan, nama-nama pemain pengganti
harus diberikan kepada wasit sebelum pertandingan
dimulai.

Setiap pemain pengganti yang namanya tidak diberikan

kepada wasit pada saat ini maka dia tidak boleh ikut serta
dalam pertandingan

Pergantian penjaga gawang

• Setiap pergantian dapat dilakukan kapan pun tanpa sebelumnya

memberitahukan atau menunggu pertandingan dihentikan oleh wasit.
(Pergantian Melayang)

• Seluruh pemain dapat berganti posisi tempat dengan PG

• Pemain yang bertukar tempat dengan Penjaga Gawang harus

memberitahukan terlebih dahulu kepada wasit, dan wasit menghentikan
sementara pertandingan sampai pergantian selesai dilakukan.

• Pemain yang menggantikan Penjaga Gawang harus mengenakan

pakaian dengan pakaian yang berbeda dan nomor yang sama
sebelumnya.

Pemain & Pergantian pemain akibat

➢ Seorang pemain yang diusir sebelum kick-off

dapat digantikan oleh salah seorang pemain
lain yang terdaftar dalam pergantian.

➢ Seorang pemain yang telah diusir, baik itu

sebelum atau setelah pertandingan dimulai,
tidak dapat menggantikan.

Substitutes
If a substitute enters the pitch by infringing the
substitution procedure or causes his team to be playing
with an extra player, the referees, assisted by the
assistant referees, must adhere to the following
guidelines:
• send him off if he denies the opposing team a goal or
an obvious goalscoring opportunity.
The number of players in his team is reduced if the
offence consists of an infringement of the
substitution procedure but is not reduced if his team
is playing with an extra player
Pergantian
Jika ada salah satu pemain pengganti melakukan kesalahan
dalam prosedur pergantian sehingga jumlah pemain yang
berada dilapangan lebih, maka wasit dan wasit ke-2 harus
melakukan tindakan dibawah ini :

- Keluarkan dia jika dia melanggar kesempatan terciptanya gol

tim lawan,
Jumlah pemain dalam tim nya dikurangi jika musuhnya
melakukan pelanggaran dalam prosedur pergantian pemain,
tapi tidak dikurangi apabila timnya bermain dengan pemain
tambahan.

Pengecualian terhadap peraturan permainan ketika :

Seorang Penjaga Gawang cedera

Seorang penjaga gawang bertabrakan dengan pemain lain dan

memerlukan penanganan dengan segera.
Pemain dari tim yang sama bertubrukan dan membutuhkan
penanganan denga segera
Cedera serius yang terjadi seperti lidah tergigit, geger otak, patah
tungkai, patah lengan dll.

➢ Reserve Assistant Referees

In tournaments or competitions where a reserve
assistant referee is appointed,

Ending the periods of play

Timekeeper indicates the end of each period with the
acoustic signal or whistle.

After hearing the timekeeper’s whistle or acoustic

signal, one of the referees announces the end of the
period or match with his whistle, bearing in mind the

Procedure
• Feinting in the run-up to take a penalty kick to
confuse opponents is permitted as part of futsal.
However, feinting to kick the ball once the
player has completed his run-up is considered an
infringement of Law 14 and an act of unsporting
behaviour for which the player must be cautioned

Melakukan gerakan run up ketika penalti di dalam futsal dengan tujuan

untuk mengelabui lawan memang bagian dari permainan. Walaupun
begitu tetap saja pemain tersebut melakukan kelakuan yang tidak
sportif dan peman tersebut harus diberi peringatan.

penalty area, to be taken from the place where the
infringement occurred and his team is sanctioned with
an accumulated foul. (PG menguasai kembali dengan
menggunakan tangannya diluar daerah penalti maka
diberikan tendangan bebas langsung dan terakumulasi)

if the infringement occurred inside the goalkeeper’s
penalty area, to be taken from the penalty area line at

• A goalkeeper may be replaced by any player while kicks

melakukan tendangan titik penalti)

• An eligible player may change places with the goalkeeper

at any time when kicks from the penalty mark are being
taken, provided that the referee is informed and his
equipment is suitable

• If, at the end of the match or extra time and before the

provided that it does not confuse the occupants of
said areas, the third referee or the referees.

cadangan, wasit ketiga dan wasit.)
