Filgrastim 30MU(300µg en 0.5cc)
G-CSF: disminuyen la duración de la neutropenia…
disminuyen el riesgo de infección.
Indicación: Neutropenias asociadas a QT.
Tratamiento NF: 10 mcg/kg/d (EV o SC) x 3-14 días.
Profilaxis de infecciones en estados neutropénicos: 5-
10 mcg/kg/d (EV o SC) x 3-5 días
