Needs of the client:


1. The client needs assistance to perform ADL’s.
2. The client often has suicidal thoughts and has cut his wrists as well as tried to commit
suicide, therefore needs intervention towards his suicidal thoughts.

○ Goal 1: To improve ability to manage anger
■ Objective 1.1: After the intervention, the client will be able to identify 3 out of the 5
different anger management techniques.
■ Objective 1.2: Upon request by the TR specialist, the client will be able to
demonstrate at least 2 different anger management techniques, judged by the TR
specialist.
○ Goal 2: To increase self-esteem
■ Objective 2.1: After the intervention, the client will be able to identify 4 out of the 7
different techniques to increase self-esteem.
■ Objective 2.2: After the intervention, the client will be able to identify at least 3
benefits of having positive self-esteem.

● Interventions
○ Anger Management Workshop
■ The client expresses emotions negatively towards those that he
socializes with. Our intentions are to help correct the client’s
behavior to eliminate any hindrance from his social life. We hope to
improve quality of life by reducing his anger and stress.
○ Self-Esteem and Self-Appreciation Workshop
■ Because of his condition, the client has developed suicidal thoughts.
Our goal is to help him increase his self-esteem and change his
outlook on life. Through reflection and self-appreciation, We hope to
reduce negative thoughts that he might experience and find the
value in his life.

Goal 1: To improve client’s ability to control anger

Intervention: Anger Management Workshop
