SKDC Provides a Simple way to fulfill such people's desire / wish to own and maintain cattle

(Cow or Buffalo) at a suitable and securable place with 100% legality.

You can join in our “SKDC FIRM” as “External Cattle Beneficiary”. And you will invest on

your own Cattle and handover to our SKDC management with proper Legal

documentation for three years.

With mutual understanding that, SKDC will maintain the cattle in all respects and sell their

Milk & Milk-products and share the profits to utilize for different needs in day to day by

crediting the profits into your respective bank accounts monthly / Quarterly after deducting

all the expenditures incurred for the Cattle & FIRM.

year;3.6%p.a second year,2.4%p.a from third year onwards, will
be added monthly to Introducers account.

SKDC Management
1. Why SKDC?
Ans. First time in the Global scenario an Ex-Service man has designed this SKDC project. It is a Dairy Firm & mini organisation, keeping
the day-to-day expenditure of a common man in view, in this society.

2. Do I need to pay any registration fees?

Ans. Yes 10% flat at the time of registration, out of this amount 80% will be refundable after three years or adjustable against renewal
fees.

3. Why should I buy cattle from you?

Ans. It’s not compulsory that, you should bye Cattle from us.

4. Why should I keep my cattle with you?

Ans. Since there will not be any time, place & maintenance facilities around you.But, your desire to have your own Cattle, we are here to
fulfil your desire.

5. Do you provide milk throughout the year?

Ans. Yes, we are here to provide the milk throughout the calendar year to all our ECB’s.

6. Can you supply milk wherever we need?

Ans. Yes,our main intention is to supply milk & milk products at your areas or compensation as applicable.

7. What is the surety for my cattle?

Ans. Your Cattle will be fully insured on your name and the documents will be held with you.

8. How much profit can I make with 1 cattle?

Ans. 12 % to 36% per annum.

9. What are all other benefits I’ll get, if I become an ECB?

Ans. Every month ,You can enjoy with introduction benefit,awards & rewards.

10. Did cattle cost remain constant? If so how much?

Ans. No, it is not at all constant cost, variable as per market value timely.
11. How many days a year cattle give milk?
Ans. Depends on Cattle health conditions.240 days – 270 days maximum, rest period is Dry.

12. I want milk &not money after selling it, how could you help me?
Ans. For this we are planned to come out with “OUTLETS”, you can have from there.

13. How SKDC is helpful to Middle Class Family?

Ans. SKDC is not pertain to some class of people in the society, it is a beautiful benefit able project for all types of class people.

14. How many days in a year cattle doesn’t give milk?

Ans. As metioned above 3 months – 4 months depend upon its health conditions.

15. Does cattle is insured on ECB’s name?

Ans. Yes,the cattle should and must insured on ECB’s name.

16. How much time do you take to buy cattle on behalf of me?
Ans. Minimum 30 days – Maximum 90 days.

17. How much time do you take to Insure a cattle?

Ans. Minimum 2 weeks to 3 weeks.

18. Do you provide any other mode of payment apart from D.D?
Ans. Presently DD or Cash at office counter only.

19. When do I get my amount every month & how?

Ans. All ECB’s will be provided with Bank debit cards, Monthly you can Draw from any ATM.

20.Can I take my cattle back whenever I wish?

Ans. Yes you can ,but T & C applies.

21. Can I transfer my ECB position?

Ans. Yes you can as per T & C.

22. Is it important to submit Legal Documents?

Ans. Yes to full fill T & C it is mandatory.

23. I can’t join as ECB, but I can bring people who are interested to join in your project?
Ans. SKDC will provide one time Introduction benefit of 5% in two equal installments.

NOTE: All benefits, awards & rewards are subject to TDS.(With PAN 10% & without PAN 20% )
ECB = External Cattle Beneficiary, SKDC = Sree Sai Kamadhenu Dairy Developers & Caretakers
 Those who have cattle and cannot maintain cattle, SKDC will look after it on behalf of them, with existing maintenance
charges for three years along with legal agreements.
 SKDC have right to sale milk & milk products on behalf of ECB’s and after deducting miscellaneous charges
(expenditure, maintenance and our service charges) remaining amount will be distributed as per the agreement
among the ECB’s.
 SKDC Provides guidance to ECB’s who are interested to Buy cattle and provides all sort of care to maintain cattle
properly.
 ECB’s cattle is safe and secure as cattle will have insurance on behalf of ECB’s.
 SKDC maintain cattle on behalf of ECB. (ECB should hand over cattle with all legal documents).
 Positions of ECB’s :ECB-I ; ECB-II and ECB-III .
 10% on ECB position is our registration FEE to provide our services. Out of this 80% will be refundable after three
years of “Primary agreement”.
 After ECB’s investment on cattle, till SKDC provides “Insured Cattle” from the open market ECB will be paid minimum
12% p.a benefit.(For this Process it may takes ONE to TWO WEEKS from the date of registration).
 SKDC will encourage our ECB’s by providing with 6 % bonus p.a, payable quarterly basis for 3 years out of SKDC
yearly profits.
 Mode of Payment is either by D.D’s / Direct cash payment at office counter..DD in favor of “Sree Sai Kamadhenu Dairy
Developers & Care takers” Payable at secunderabad,A/C payee only. Same shall be subject to realization. All ECB’s
should mention application form No, name complete address on the Reverse of the instrument of payment. (Receipt
will be provided).
 All ECB’s have option to encourage Friends ,Near & Dear, those interested to avail this ECB position, To such ECB’s
our SKDC management will pay the “Introduction Benefit” of 6%p.a first year and 3.6% p.a second year and 2.4% p.a
from third year onwards, payable monthly after deducting TDS as applicable.
 SKDC management will provide “Bankers Debit card”, to facilitate all ECB’s to get their all benefits in personnel cards
regularly.(Monthly / quarterly)
 SKDC have all the rights to sale cattle new born child on behalf of ECB’s and remit the sale amount to ECB’s Bank
accounts accordingly (After deduction of nominal charges).
 In case if cattle’s child demise, Doctor Certificate will be provided to ECB’s as document record.
 Since any Cattle cannot provide Milk for throughout the year the dry period in its life of every year which is 3 to 4
months, the maintenance for that period, of the cattle will be adjusted from the ECB’s other income months of the
insured year.
Each and every ECB will get back their Cattle investment within the “Premier Agreement period” from
SKDC .When the ECB’s willing for their Cattle renewal, the benefits which they receive monthly &
quarterly can convert as savings as long as Cattle is insured / alive. Also they can plan for New ECB
position along with renewal of the existing one.
All Defense Service and Ex-Service persons will get extra benefit of Introduction amount of 2% first
year only and 2% Bonus extra first year rest everything par with others.
ECB’s who want’s to withdraw should inform in written to the SKDC management minimum 30 days
before to the lapses date of Cattle Insurance.
Minimum time of withdrawal is 1 year.(Since cattle Insurance is for one year).
Those who withdraw ECB position before specified period i.e., after one year and before completion of
three years of agreement,30% of ECB position amount will be deducted as panel charges and balance
will be settled in 60days without any benefits or if they want to carry out their Buffalo / Cow the
particular ECB-III will deposit 30% of their cost of position as panel charges. ECB-I & ECB-II are only
eligible for balance amount ,they cannot claim for Cattle.
 (This clause is applicable even for Thumb impression ECB-III position persons)
After 3 years ECB’s have option to renewal their position.(For Renewal before three months ECB’s
should inform their willingness to Management)
Those ECB’s are not willing /forgotten for Renewal after completion of Premier Agreement Period then
SKDC management is having full right to sale the particular ECB cattle in the open market without any
notice, and deposit the received sale amount( whats ever it may be) in respective ECB’s bank account
after deducting the 10% as nominal charges.
Those ECB’s are willing to carry their Cattle after completion of “Premier Agreement Period” they can
carry out on their own expenses to any where, after completing the admin formalities by submitting the
Premier Agreement in original and clearing the other meager expenses to SKDC management. All other
benefits belong to that ECB will automatically transferred to SKDC account. If any of the ECB withdraws
their position, their introduction benefits if any will transfer to Firm account / management.
Even transfer of ECB position to any other New person (after one year) the Introduction Benefits if any
will not be Carried forward to the new one. Their introduction benefits will transfer to Firm account /
management.
 Spl Note : If any person pays Direct cash payment to any mediators or promoters against ECB
position, SKDC management is not responsible for their amounts.
Those who invest money to purchase Buffalo/Cow and to become a ECB in SKDC between the
monthly period, their benefits date will starts as below:
 Every Month :
 Ist to 15 th --------------------- 16th of same month.
 16 th to End of the month ------- I st day of following month.
SKDC firm is not encouraging any Agents or mediators to promote the Business. If any ECB is
projecting Him /Her self as firm agent and collecting money from anyone, their ECB position will
be terminated immediately & all benefits will be transferred to FIRM account, without any notice.
V-IMP :: When the ECB position is Terminated then the Cattle will not be handed over to the ECB,
as a compensate 50% of their position will be settled & refunded within 30 days of duration from
the date of Termination.
When the ECB’s investment amounts against any position are not credited in SKDC Firm account
either by means of D.D in original (subject to realisation.) or direct deposit in SKDC Firm cash
counter along with application form & necessary documents for Registration, SKDC
management is not responsible for such activities and no one has right to blame SKDC
Management.
All should obtain all the relevant Legal documents & Receipts from the SKDC management
immediately after Registration. All ECB’s benefits are subject to IT act and will be barred by
ECB’s timely.
All applications must supported by ECB’s Two P.P photos, ID & Address proof while submitting
for ECB’s Positions.
SKDC Management is holding the right to alter / change the Terms & Conditions of the Firm at
any time without any Notice / information to the ECB’s.
.Further to the aforesaid in our agreement (between ECB and SKDC) ,for any consequent Legal
remedy(ies)only civil courts/Tribunals/Forums at VISHAKAPATNAM shall have Jurisdiction to the
exclusion in the agreement

 OFB is willingly handing over their G/S
(Goat/Sheep)at SKDC for its maintenance.
 OFB investment on G/S is Rs.15000/- , On
OFB investment after deducting all miscellaneous
charges 80% is refundable after 1 year.
 OFB is provided with 10 kg Organic rice per
month for a period of 1year.
 OFB Registration Fee is 10%,out of this 80% will
be refunded at the time of withdrawing OFB
position from SKDC as per premier agreement.
 SKDC have all rights to sale G/S child on
behalf of OFB & remit the same amount in OFB
account.
 If OFB wish to renew their position need to do it

 If OFB withdraw before agreement period, 50%
on their position will be refunded within 1 month &

difference, even if is small. To bridge the supply-demand gap for pure milk in the society by ethical business
practices.

This project will partially cushion a state a wide crisis in milk supply. Also this project that will partly meet the growing
demand for milk in and around our Districts globally.

5) Clean sheds with good drainage systems, Maintenance daily.
6) Separate Milking sheds and Milking Parlor with Hygienic cleanliness.
7) Proper milking intervals are maintained. Our Cattle are milked twice daily with a 12
hour gap.
8) Milking Parlor cleaned daily before milking with hot water.
9) Washing with pure Medicated water before the Cattle enter in the Milking Parlor.
10) Properly wipe the Udder before Milking.
11) People wash their hands and wear clean Uniform with glosses & Masks before they
enter the parlor.
12) Check for Sub-clinical Mastitis.
13) Milking is done with automated clusters attached to the udder.
14) No hormones (oxytocin) is given to let down milk. (We have a alternate homeopathy& Desi remedy with
no side effects for cattle difficult to milk).
15) Milk is collected automatically through pipelines into Milk Receiving Chilled Tanks
16) After milking is done, the teats are sprayed with teat dip solution as a preventive care for mastitis.
17) Cattle is led to an animal loafing paddock ,so that it will not sit and the teats remain clean till the teat hole
is closed. The animal gets to roam freely for exercise daily.
18) After the milking is done, the Milking Parlor is washed with Dairy Detergents using CIP system.
19) The sheds are cleaned while the Cattle are in the paddocks. The cattle return to clean sheds with feed
bin and water bowls full. The ramification is good and they are well rested for the next milking session.
20) Samples are taken from the milk collected in the Milk receiving tanks for testing.
21) The good milk is then pasteurized.
22) The pasteurized milk is sent to the Bulk Milk Coolers to bring down the temperature to 4degree C.
23) This milk is then packed into pouches.
24) The pouches are stored in the Walk-in cooler to maintain temperature.
25) The delivery van is loaded and milk is distributed to SKGDP Outlets in a span of 2-3 hours to
maintain the cold chain.

year. Growth is also expected for the upcoming years. Milk is the world’s most important and versatile food.
