The first references to the taco in a dictionary come from
the end of the 19th century.

WHY THEY ARE SO POPULAR?
HOW DID YOU PREPARE IT?

1. In first place we chop the meat, in my case I like

chicken and beef. Then we chop the vegetables like
onion, peppers and garlic.
2. Then we heat the oil in a saucepan and we stir fry
the vegetables and the meat for 20 minutes, and
condiment with salt and pepper.
3. In the mean time we boil the corn in a cooking pot
and wash the lettuce.
HOW DID YOU PREPARE
IT?
4. While the meat is cooking we prepare the guacamole,
first we grind the avocado, chop the tomato, onion,
garlic, coriander and mix it all together, and condiment
with lemon, salt and pepper.
5. Then we heat the tortilla in the microwave for 2
minutes and when its ready we put the meat and
guacamole in the tortilla with the lettuce, corn and
mayonaise and its ready to eat.
