Force is any influence that
causes a free body to
undergo a change in space,
in direction, or a change in
shape.
Generally pull & push is
known as force.
 Force is cause of
acceleration and
declaration in a object.
 F=ma
 Its unit is newton
Type of force
There are two types of forces
1) Balance force – when acting
on a body from the opposite
direction do not change the
state of rest or of motion of an
object, such forces are called
balance force.
2) Unbalance force – when two
opposite forces acting on a
body, move a body in direction
of the greater force which brings
motion in a body are called
unbalance force.
Law of Momentum
The rate of change of linear
momentum is equal to the
force applied and the direction
of force is always in the
direction of change in
momentum.
Momentum
 The product of mass and
velocity of moving object is
known as momentum.
 It represented by P
 P=mv
