 ABSTRACT

 The Project "GIFT OF HOPE" is to save the life with your valuable organ
donors and blood donors.
 It is online donation and blood donation management system.
 It is developed manily for certain hospital to manage the organ donar
registration and blood donar registration and user maintenance.
 It is an online system which only can be accessed by limited hospitals.
 People who are interested can register themeselves through this system.
 The application will be processed by the administrator and each donar
will receive the message about their status. This online system helps user
to search and find the organ donars and blood donars available in any
where.
 The evolution of the project includes BOOTSTRAP v4.3.1 as Front End
and My SQL as Backend.
 PROJECT DESCRIPTION

 The main objective of project on bring out the donar's who are
interest to donate blood and organ through online. This
organization is to maintain the donars details and this website
help the hospitals to know the donars and call them to donate.
 The website is developed in HTML, CSS and Javascript with
Bootstrap 4 as front-end with My Sql server as backend. The
software is designed in which a way that any one easily
understand the operation of the software.
 EXISTING SYSTEM

 In the existing system donar’s, detail are maintained manually as

paper work and they have feature like search, edit, replace, update
and delete. Donar’s deatils are maintained in My Sql as DBMS,
which is not user friendly.
 PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The aim of our project is to integrate the various modules of the

existing system to enhance usability and user friendliness.
 This project aims at providing timely response for information
retrieval regarding donars details, and request details.
 We propose to overcome the defects and cater the end user
specification through our project.

 CONCLUSION
• The “Gift of Hope” organization has achieved its primary goal such as
speed, accuracy and in generating the reports to help the hospital identify
the donar’s.
• The web page has been developed in a good manner, so it allows easy
accomodation of future implementation and modification.
• The main purpose of using computers is to save the time and present
information in a better way.
• The results achieved has to come up to level of satisfaction of the
concerned people, provision are available for easy conversion and
modification of information.
• The user gas the facilities to retrieve information without much
difficulty.
 FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
 There is always a way for upgrading in any web application
package, however good and efficient it may be.
 The important thing is that, the system should be flexible enough,
for further modifications without affecting existing contents of the
web application. In the future by developing some more modules,
whenever necessary.
 The project has been created using the best design and coding
techniques known.
 A major goal of the project is to improve the case at which changes
can accommodated ad reduce the amount of effort expended on
maintenance.
 The system is much flexible and extensible; hence further
enhancements, if needed can be developed and it can be integrated
with the existing one very easily. It is expected to live up on the
objective for which it was designed. In the proposed system, it is
sure that it must reduce the time duration and certain existing
limitation.
