Lacrosse Town

Andrew Noble
Partnership
● I have a partner, Bill, because teamwork makes the dream work and we can both bring in a different
perspective on everything.
● We chose this because we have both had the problem of not being able to find the stuff we want and
when I started I didnt get everything I needed because the employee did not know what he was talking
about.
● Bill and I split the work by having him watch over the accounting and making our website and managing
the store while I am in charge of getting the equipment from suppliers and meeting with investors.
● A disadvantage of having a partner is that you have to split the profits but at the beginning of this we will
put as much of our profit we can back into the business, but if we share the risk of failing and losing
money.
● An advantage is that we won't have as many responsibilities, will have less stress, and we I can have
someone to consult decisions with instead of just me deciding.

Location
● 1701-1705 Capital Ave, Plano, Tx
● $2,500,000 to buy
● We chose this location because it has a warehouse to store our product and office space and it has space
to have a small retail store that we will sell stuff at a discount because it will have the products with
minor deformities. (A factory store)
Product Description
● We have one retail store at this moment but we will make most of our sales online. On our website you
can enter what position you will play and we will have a sizing chart so you know what size to buy. Also
we will have sections for beginners only which will have a checklist of the basic necessities of lacrosse.
You can also buy better quality products if you are not a beginner and what better equipment.

Items Needed to Run this Business
My Business will depend on our ability to advertise and get our name out into the
public. Whenever people do business with us hopefully it goes smoothly unlike our

Social Responsibilities
● Our Social Responsibility is to always provide our customers with good service and high quality products
and to make sure that everyone of our customers get what they ordered and have it delivered on time.
● We will be helping Bridge Lacrosse which is a lacrosse team that is made up of inner city kids who have
nothing this gives them something to work for. We will help participate by providing them with
equipment free of charge and volunteer to teach them how to string heads which will not only help them
but there whole team.

● Equipment- $100,000
● Inventory- $500,000
● Staff- $250,000

Target Audience
● Our target audience is kids from the age of 5-18 who play lacrosse but we will also sell to adults who play
in a league or that coach.
● They are the target audience because we sell high quality gear for low prices and our website will be very
easy to use so if a 2nd grader wants to look at new gear he can it will be that simple.
● Our store will be painted painted green to give the feel that you are on a lacrosse field so that it gives it a
familiar feel but the walls will mostly be covered with shelves. We will have signs all around the store that
are connected to the walls that say what product is there so everything is easy to find.
● Lacrosse players and coaches will buy our product because we are a lacrosse store and as I’ve said before
we are very easy to buy from.
Advertising
● We will plan on going to local tournaments with a tent to get the attention of
adults and kids. We will also have posters posted around the lacrosse fields in the
area so that players will see it.
● We will have social media accounts such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook (for
adults) so that more people will see it from all over the country.
● Lastly we will have online ads as well as newspaper ads.
● “Lacrosse Town nothing is easier”
