MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM
A quality management system
(QMS) defines and establishes an
organization's quality policy and
objectives.
The ISO 9000 family of standards is related to quality management systems
and designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of
customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory
requirements.

ISO 9000 deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems,

including the eight management principles on which the family of
standards is based.

ISO 9000 can help a company satisfy its customers, meet regulatory
requirements and achieve continual improvement. It provides the base
level of a quality system, not a complete guarantee of quality.

 The impact of the ISO 9000 on an Organization workers has been taken care of and
it was found that the ISO 9000 has no effect and impact upon the performance of an
Organization and also no effect upon the performance of workers.

 The measurable investigation of the gathered information demonstrated that the

respondents' frame of mind about the relevance of the ISO 9000 QMS is oppose this
idea. This outcome shows that the respondents endure and experience troubles
amid and after the execution procedure.

 They do not distribute the task fair enough among their people and workers which
may overburden some of the workers. One of the another important think is that
ISO 9000 2008 does not pay attention to the benefit which should be given to the
workers by the organization.
