 Each of the team has their own part and responsibility in this operations. They
manage their labor and design their jobs perfectly so that people are
effectively and efficiently utilized.

 Although simultaneous activity can create conflicts but with a proper planning
and operation it can be done perfectly.

 It is important for an industry to have a proper operations system planning

and scheduling that represents an excellence operational system in the
industry.
