• Prepares budget proposal, augmentation order for VGO and SPO
• Drafts and finalizes letter request for augmentation, supplemental budget and

• Prepares IPCR (target and accomplishment) for VGO field employees
• Encodes permission/grant of authority from work to AO-ledger
• Print DTR’s for legislative employees and PGO paid employees assigned at SP
members and congressional office
• Attends to the needs of the clients/local constituents and answer their queries
• Assists the Administrative Officer
• Prepares OPCR of the Vice Governor’s Office
• Prepares documents in relation to procurement process
• Takes charge of tracking of documents
• Performs other related tasks assigned by the supervisor
