What is the RIBA Plan of Work 2013?
“The RIBA Plan of Work 2013 organises the process of

briefing, designing, constructing, maintaining, operating
and using building projects into eight Work Stages”
• It is not a schedule of services document
• It is not intended to be contractual
… but it does set the scene
