Entrantes
También conocido como in-bound, es un tipo de atención al
cliente más popular del mercado. En el, es el cliente quien
realiza la llamada. Se brinda soporte desde call center que
ayuda a las empresas a asistir a sus clientes en las
consultas o despejar las inquietudes sobre un servicio o
producto. Al mismo tiempo les ayuda a generar clientes
nuevos.

Salientes
También conocido como out-bound, es la empresa quien
realiza la llamada desde un call-center. Las empresas suelen
utilizarlo para efectuar encuestas, realizar publicidad,
realizar ventas, programación de entrevistas y reuniones o
comunicar alguna información al cliente.

Virtuales
Este tipo de call center es uno de los más innovadores del
mercado, ya que se encuentra a tono con la llegada del
internet. Se trata de los chats en tiempo real desde el sitio
web de las empresas o por correo electrónico. También se le
conoce como Contact Centers.
